“Seascape” is now available for October, November and December. The apartment could hardly be closer to the beach and, being on the third floor, the views of the sea to the east, south and west to the Isle of Wight are spectacular.
Seascape shares with the other flats in Seagate Court an extensive private lawn with a gate leading out directly to the beach. It is a fabulous place to base your holiday: there are water sports facilities available close by. Take a stroll along the shoreline to the sandy beach at West Wittering where you can also explore crabbing pools, dunes and wetlands. Or eastward leads to Medmerry, one of our ‘wild and wonderful’ nature reserves.
The local shops, restaurants and pub are only 250 metres away.

Seagate Court has unallocated parking for a maximum of one car per flat, access with a proximity card. There is an electric vehicle charging station.
Seascape’s living room and dining area leads to the balcony with its spectacular views. There are three bedrooms: the main with a King size double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom has both a full-size bath and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine
