This pretty bright property on the Roman Landing private estate is only 100 metres from Snowhill Creek and the East Head sand dunes. Beautiful walks along the coastline take you towards East Wittering or into the beauty of Chichester Harbour.

Dolphins has a light and airy interior and is beautifully finished in pastel hues. The spacious living room has an open fireplace and sumptuous array of sofas and easy chairs and its full length French windows give onto the garden. A substantial kitchen and dining room has a range cooker and centrally placed dining table. Off the kitchen the comfy snug sitting room has assorted games and books and there is a sofa bed should you have an overnight guest. There are four bedrooms, sleeping ten in total, comprising two super king size bedrooms, a third bedroom with two 3’ single beds and finally a fun and unusual fourth bedroom with four built-in bunk beds.

The established, south facing gardens are laid with a good size lawn surrounded by trees, hedging and shrubs. There is a swing, trampoline and football nets, and secluded seating. A terrace provides an opportunity for al fresco dining with a large table and chairs provided.

Dolphins is an absolutely lovely house in an equally lovely location.

The drive has ample parking for several cars. No parking please on the road, which would contravene the private estate regulations.
