Grenadier is the end cottage of a luxury cluster of four and is finished to a very high standard. It is immaculately presented and quiet comfort is key throughout.

The pasture-style garden is shared and dividing screens ensure each cottage has patio privacy.

The front door enters onto the open plan kitchen and dining area with a through view to the patio. Downstairs is light and airy with a relaxing living space and a full length window giving access to the patio and garden beyond. It has a smart TV and wood-burner stove supplied with a basket of logs.

The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and tableware. There is a separate utility room and a cloakroom.

Upstairs are three bedrooms with contemporary décor. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is an additional family bathroom with hand held shower and heated towel rail.

Apuldram nestles on the edge of Chichester Marina and is about two miles south of Chichester. It sits amid the many coastal paths, leafy lanes and dappled ways that criss-cross the harbour’s extensive 74km2 of inland and coastal habitat.
