One of a bespoke cluster of modern-build cottages, Egremont is great for Goodwood, and a terrific destination to unwind and relax at any time of year. It is a superb base for visitors to the Revival and Festival of Speed events at Goodwood Estate, and for its race meetings including the classic Glorious Goodwood.

Egremont is close to the entrance of Chichester Marina and on the edge of the harbour's extensive conservancy area which is a designated area of natural beauty.

Presented to a high specification, the cottage has a lovely sense of space and light, with through views from the front door into the garden. The generous sized kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and tableware and it has a substantial utility room.

The open plan ground floor includes a living and dining area with smart TV and a wood-burner stove supplied with a basket of logs. Egremont has two sets of full-length windows. These open onto a patio area discreetly screened for privacy which gives onto a shared meadow-style garden with established trees that evoke its orchard heritage.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms including an ensuite with shower room, a double room with zip and link beds, and built-in bunk bed room with little window seat and recessed storage. There is a separate family bathroom with handheld shower.

Egremont has wooden floors throughout with an underfloor heating system. There is an additional downstairs shower room.
