Bramley, Apuldram

Bramley is an immaculate rural retreat set on former orchard and farmland. It is the second in a cluster of four newly built bespoke Orchard Cottages and a lovely destination for any time of year.

It is peaceful and spacious and exudes comfort for summer or winter stays. Bramley is close to the entrance of Chichester Marina and on the edge of the harbour's extensive and beautiful conservancy area.

The open plan ground floor includes a living room with smart TV and a wood-burner stove supplied with a basket of logs. The full-length windows open onto a patio area with soft furnish seats and side table. It is discreetly screened for privacy and naturally gives onto the shared pasture garden with established trees.

The kitchen and dining area is well-provided with equipment and tableware. There is a substantial utility room, a downstairs cloakroom, and there is generous storage space.

It sleeps six with three bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and each bedroom has downlights, beams and blinds. There is a separate family bathroom with handheld shower.

Bramley has wooden floors throughout with an underfloor heating system.
